Restabbing to multies? (vid) -

I feel like, when restabbing, that I only get my elbow on the side of my hip, and not all the way under my stumick. So when I get all the way around I dont have support (Not a proper handglide position, alowing to continue).
you're getting around fine, but when you're on your back, you have to remember to keep your arms in so that you can restab again. You have to restab EARLY... it kinda pushes you up. Your nonstabbing hand also touches the ground first and as soon as you're facing sideways.
Okay bboy-love... lets not teach people to do supermans or nut crackers before learning a basic windmill. A basic windmill is opening a world of possibilities and variations/combinations so we need to see and help that he gets to that point.
Soamazing: Try this.. as soon as you push off from stabbed position and roll to shoulders/back, stop there. Practice pushing off and getting half a windmill. As soon as you hit your shoulders/upper back your arms should come back together infront of you, elbows to stomache/chest area, forearms and hands outword like you're pushing something out of your way.
Once you understand that and do it a couple times, the next time you do a windmill or two you should automatically find yourself coming back to your hands instead of your stomache with hands/forearms collapsed.
So i understand that you cant restabe. Well maybe you should try to rise more your kicking leg when you are on your back , it will give you more height to restabe .
