You have too much momentum going into your mills from standing. After a couple of rounds, your mills are swinging out of control. Go to handglide position, slow things down and clean up your regular stabbed mills, then go back to the mills from standing when you're ready.

you need to collapse correctly, as soon as your elbow touches your body again you need to begin collapsing, no need to be in a handglide for that long unless you doin a icey ice or trying to transition, make sure you use both hands to create a rotating motion
