Keep your legs straight, and totally separate. Straight, separate. After you get form down, really swing the legs.
When you collapse, you hit the ground hard. Lower yourself by bend your elbow, then roll onto your back. What you're doing right now is going straight from stab to your back which makes you hit the ground hard.
You're pretty close to good windmills, keep working on them.

Thanks for all the comments/help.
I made a new video:
so i know i need to work on keeping the left leg straight, as well as recollasping on restabs, but I was wondering what else, if anything, I need to work on. Also, does anyone know why my left arm (right below the wrist) gets burned occasionally when i practice these mills. Thanks. All comments are appreciated.
Your right leg is swinging too high. You want to swing lower to the ground so you can get more of the circular momentum going.
Your restab and collapsing motion are good because you are keeping high on your shoulders so essentially that is why you're able to restab. Keep it up.
The reason you're burning your left arm is because you don't have your left arm in correct position to restab when you come back around. By the time you want to restab, you're rushing to get your left arm in place and then you skid on it. In fact, if you watch your video, you can see yourself sliding on it.
Don't slide about with your hands when it comes to stabbed mills. When you plant your hands, you're not supposed to move them. Also, you want your elbows bent in all the way when you're on your back so you're ready to restab. You might think that's noobish when you do it, but that's how you're supposed to be ready.
Overall, you'll be able to get full mills soon. Keep working on the swinging path of your legs.

That's good. Just a few pointers:
- Keep your legs straight. Your legs get bendier as your mills go on.
- Keep swinging your legs. Swinging means like moving your hips around CW (in your case) and turning your hips, not kicking at the knee or w/e cuz that gives u bent legs
- Upper body gets into stab first and out of it last. YOu seem good ath that ...
- Swing legs so they sweep closer to the ground. Not necessary but makes them look nicer.
- Practice more.
Why do you have cardboard on hardwood? Hardwood = God when it comes to practicing
