Rotation question - 03-03-2008, 02:45 AM

Just started windmill about 2 wks ago with about a hour of practice every other day. Have a busy schedule but when i try to kick with my left foot ( Doing it CCW ) I roll a pretty long ways. I have a 8x6 tile floor and i can almost clear the whole thing. How do i keep it rotating in a smaller circle. The most rounds i can get are 2 and they aren't pretty but i'm working on them . Thanks for the help

just got to practise and gain experience and more control. Getting a bit more onto your shoulders might help the immediate problem, but you will gain control as your practise them.

What are some ways that i can try to roll on my shoulders? Is there a certain way I should try to collapse?
