those are very specific transitions you're talking about and are actually quite advanced in difficulty level. the more specific and more advanced a move/transition/combo is, the less likely you are to find a guide for it.
the fact that you're asking this question leads me to believe that you probably don't even have all 3 moves down solidly and powerfully. don't bet on anything if you can't do one of the moves you're trying to combo.
