Should i continue to practice my windmills even if I'm bruised all over, or should i rest and heal up

ummm depends if its going to wreck your form than stop,but if its not too bad than keep going,but just remember that form and techneek is everything.

Rest up, You don't want to make it worse if you bruise yourself more, just practice toprocks or something till you get better.

If you're bruising yourself, that's a sure sign you're doing something wrong. A correct windmill does not bruise at all. You can keep going if you want, but most likely you'll stop because of the pain. All in all, it's probably the wisest decision to rest a bit.

well i'm bruising on my shoulder and left hip, i do my windmills clock wise, i'll post a video up to see if i'm doing it wrong when i have time

and i think i'm going to go with the resting up

Yea, the areas where you are bruising at are the most common for people learning windmills.

I did too when I began mills. Hips/shoulder. I just skipped a practiceday or two and then jumped into them again and focused on NOT doing them wrong so I spare these parts.




Breakdance is hard...
