Restab help - 02-25-2008, 02:15 AM

I can't restab,

In my opinion, that's pretty good.
However, your right leg is swinging too high. Swing as low as possible.
If you do that while staying on your shoulders, the right leg will ricochet upwards and give you a good chance to restab.

Is that carpet? Carpet kills your momentum and it will only hinder your mill progression. I can't even mill on carpet correctly anymore.

you will be doing a lot better on a hardwood floor or anything smooth and flat. you have the right idea, and its looking good so far. so just keep practicing and getting that first rotation down before you s tart trying to restab. understand th e motion. I know a lot of people t hat have rushed into mills, and then have to relearn them due t o bad form. So just keep practicing that 1.

Working on:
Speeding up footwork
Mills
Walking turtle/ crickets
1 handed airbaby
airchairs
Freezes (Pikes, Nikes, Forearm Nikes etc. )

naw you dont need hardwood floors, just practice, it looks good keep it up. The only thing you need is repeatious practice... lol it it took me along time to get it but when you finally get it, its a great feeling. keep it up!!!!!!

I practice on a stonefloor where I lay my bedsheets on. Dont know if thats too great either.

I only got carpet right now but when allthe snow melts and stuff I'ma clean up the garage and practice in there.
