Hey guys, critique my mills for me...
I'm only working on one rotation and seem to have a problem of landing on a very low section on my back or the top of the pelvis bone after I collapse. Basically, I'm having trouble rolling over my upper back and I can't seem to find what's wrong!
So yeah, comment or post here if you see what's causing me to land in the wrong area and how I can correct it.
