i can windmill up until i hit that point where you have to get back into the crab position. its hard for me to get back i do a shoulder spin instead. any help to get me back up onto the crab position? i also heard your legs have to be spread wide and you have to torque your legs too? any help would help! Hey man, i had a lot of trouble with this problem when i was learning mills. When i started i always thought my legs werent strong enough to the speed i needed. SO i would just kick as hard as i could to get as much torque as i could... but that never helped me learn the move. i would advice you that how fast you kick your legs is not important, but it is how you utilize how you are getting your torque. if you are ending up in a shoulder spin, you are sweeping your leg under and shooting for the stars. Keeping you legs STRAIGHT and WIDE is vital. Once you get the move down youll realize how easy it is to controll where to sweep, even though now it probably is difficult for you... but you want to have your legs momentum pulling you OUT from your mill, not up to the sky to down to the floor, you can achieve this from sweeping your legs as close to the floor as possible, and again STRAIGHT and WIDE!!!!!!!!!! Good luck man PS. im a tid bit drunk so if this doesnt make sense sorry
