yes, i can coin drop to mills, and swipes to turtle freeze, but to do the latter causes a kind of sudden stop in circular momentum. so basically, it feels and probably looks awkward since there's a 'gap', a pause, between the swipes and mills.
i dont think when u do a swipe to windmill, its a full swipe, maybe 3/4ths of the swipe then u swing into a windmill. at least thats what it looks like when my friend does it
if you can do forearm millz then that might be easier to go into, but try doing a half swipe to forearms instead of 3/4 swipe to coindrop
