when you do baby mill, it has a windmill start. when you get on to your back with your legs in a V, you twist your legs in and push off

baby mill has no pushing of the legs to keep it going. and when you come up (atleast with mine) the top of my head pretty much touches (almost where i do my headspins). mostly the momentum generated (in any power move) is in your hips. like a hula hoop really. you know how when you hula you only gotta go back and forth or side to side to make it keep going round. well its the same thing with any power . the gyro movement is started when you spin your self in the start and the rest is basically a humping motion with the rest of your body locked.

and the only thing you should be worrying about your head regardless is keeping your chin to your chest. everything else is natural

just one question also, just to save a thread. how can I stop my legs from coming back down after the first round and hitting the ground when I'm on my shoulder blades

and yes iwanttoglide your head should touch the ground, its the proper way but you can do without using your head.

thats what the kick is for. kick then twist your body so you can make the full rotation
