collapse onto your shoulder. You're going onto your hip. that's the first thing you need to learn in mills right now.

Bring your arm in, as someone put it "Grab your Chi-Chi" to get ready for multiple windmills.
Keep your legs spread and straight, kick harder, and I'm not sure what else.
There's something.
Keep working on it though!

Biggest problem you have is you are plainly bending your left leg after your initial swing. That KILLS your momentum and makes you lose a lot of energy.

Bent leg= FAIL

Also you're not rolling high enough on your shoulders. You're rolling on your hip right now which is only dragging you across the floor.

when you swing a leg, kick it up towards the respective ear.
you go CCW so kick your right towards your right ear and your left towards your left ear. both left and right swings are required for a high back roll.
also, crunching at your mid-section when you're rolling improves form.
straddle stretch, keep your legs as wide and you can and locked.

lastly, your timing is off. your initial swing needs to start sooner; you're collapsing with little swing actually. for learning purposes, your swinging momentum should kick in right before you collapse (moment your back touches the ground)
