it makes your mills look better aswell as it will help with transitions to other moves
like halos headspins and its good positioning for ground freezes too

i used to do it with one traight leg , and one bent leg to kick to pickup the momentum, eventually your should clean it up, form and technique is HUGE,unless sloppy is your style, i wouldnt recomend keeping the bent legs, but then again, its your style its your body its what you want that really matters the most
when i first was learning mills my legs were bent all the time (i thought about taking rulers and getting lie 3 or 4 of them (per leg) and taping them so your legs cant bend someone should try that for me and tell me if it works

Any help please?

practice on keeping your legs seperated(practice them slow and just try to do whole rotations without letting your legs come back togethor), when you go to restab, the stab kind of slows down the momentum(i think), so you have to rekick and you'll just roll with it
