Hello,

I can get one rotation, but when I stab to do the second my legs close automatic.

but in the first rotation my leg is open wide and straight.

Whats my problem here?

PS. Should I lean to my head to get my second rotation, stabbed windmills.

bent legs make you loose momentum, thus make you crash. when they are locked(straight) and are spread, you'll have a continuous mill guaranteed

When i do windmills, i never can get past 1 rotation. I do them clean, on my upper back, i have good momentum. My legs are flexible the splitz way. When i try to stab, i lost all my momentum. My legs also close when I start turning after on my back to stab again.

Any help please?

it makes your mills look better aswell as it will help with transitions to other moves
like halos headspins and its good positioning for ground freezes too

i used to do it with one traight leg , and one bent leg to kick to pickup the momentum, eventually your should clean it up, form and technique is HUGE,unless sloppy is your style, i wouldnt recomend keeping the bent legs, but then again, its your style its your body its what you want that really matters the most

when i first was learning mills my legs were bent all the time (i thought about taking rulers and getting lie 3 or 4 of them (per leg) and taping them so your legs cant bend someone should try that for me and tell me if it works

practice on keeping your legs seperated(practice them slow and just try to do whole rotations without letting your legs come back togethor), when you go to restab, the stab kind of slows down the momentum(i think), so you have to rekick and you'll just roll with it

i can do clean mills, but i need some help with headmills, nutcrackers, or any type of mills that requires you to use the head to get off the ground so you can land from shoulder to shoulder. tips any1?

edit::kasper check this might pertain to you too

the video was sped up (constant problem on bboy.org)
but from the video it almost looks like you just cant get your stab under you
(when your doing the mill w/ stabs) when you get on your side just before you come back to turntable position you should already have your arm planted into your stomach ready to go right again

it might be your back too though, when i first was doing it i used to curve my back almost like i was hunching over and it made it a pain in the balls to get back up and continue the rotations

its just hard to see from the video
