camaga ur bouncing, mills need to keep going with one leg swinging. Ur raising ur both legs to get back to stab. When on back, u gotta raise ur left leg (ccw) And right after that raise ur right one to get another rotation.

But I need help with my mill variations, for example barrels:
I can do few ones but i lose my speed with each rotation like how could i make my barrels with lot of momentum so i can keep going em for many rounds. I use my head much so it cant be that im losing speed cuz of hopping

question: does the collapsing and kicking part involve a twisting of the torso doring the initial swing of the leg and collapse?

Im getting desperate for help now. Why am I not getting back up? Is it because my left leg needs to come low then swing up onto the stab?

ur shoulder is sore?
that's natural, ur collapsing onto the ground, and that's bound to happen. ur not doing anything wrong i guess.

hey, i think u should take off those slippers and that floor looks kinda hard. u can't really kick ur hardest or do it to ur best on such a hard floor at first when practicing. i recommend u keep ur legs straighter and kick ur right leg and swing it as long as u can. then on ur back while ur leg is coming up, try to bring it to ur face and u should be on ur left side. keep ur left arm tucked in and keep ur right arm stabbed at all times. also, spread your legs more.

okay, when ur restabbing, so far your one windmill looks pretty good. when u restab, make sure to lift off again, and not just rest. and maybe slow down if u want to. just for practice.

my prob on mills is, i dont know how to get back to the hand glide position, without my legs sweeping or kicking from the floor. i actually tried rolling on my shoulders, but it could'nt help any. i believe that this is a common problem.
