for all those who have the problem of closing legs while restabbing,
when u are on ur back try lifting the leg which you used in the initial swing up reaaaaaaaly high as u are trying to kick ur ears and swing the other leg through |

the only problem i have is i always hit my hips when i go into the mill from the straddle position and collapse. I see that people kick and their hips just brush over the ground, but mind just hit the ground after i kick. any tips on how to have mine hips not hit the ground after collasping? thanks

when you say swing my legs harder you mean swing mine kicking leg harder. ALSO, mine non-kicking leg. before i start the full mill, do I raise the nonkicking leg high so i can get a high stab while kicking.
also with collapsing....when i see other mill i see that they collapose when their hips are off the ground...when i collagpse mine body comes crashing down and then i start the mill. others seem as if the collapose is a smooth transition onto the ground. tips on collapsing? |

okay
1. Yes, I mean your kicking leg, but you don't actually kick it when you do a windmill. You SWING it. Kicking it will mess up your windmill 2. You're suppose to collapse as you are lifting your "Non-Kick/Non-Swinging" Leg, and as you swing you "Kicking/Swinging" leg under it. Reason: If you collapse, You go from ---- this to / (As in, you start off horizontal, then when you collapse, your front goes down, and your legs goes up, thus making you roll on your shoulder, because if you don't collapse, you will roll on your back, and you will not go very far and you will feel pain on your hips... |

Sorry if im asking too many questions but:
isnt when one collapses just by bending teh arm thats stabbed, they would fall on their stomach? do u recommend haveing a higher stab?? that would bring mine body in a / positoin before the initial sweep. BUT after i sweep, how do i not land on mine back. thanks |

yes thats wat it is...and you should land on your back
So here: You start on your hand glide position, then you swing your leg under your other leg as you collapse, and your momentum from the kick should keep you going, and you roll on your back, then You roll back into the restabbing position ex: Credits does not go to me, it goes to this website: Windmill ![]() Note how he collapsed as he swings his leg... (Check the website out and ask me questions that you have) |

how can i get the nonkicking leg that high. in this picture that you showed me, is it taken while in motion or still. because i find that hard to hold. also i noticed how his body is tilting towards his head. does he give himself a little lean/push forward to tilt fowards first? mine main concern is how did he get the nonkicking leg sooo high...did he swing it? and also is the reason why his head is tilting towards the gound because of the swing of the nonkicking leg brings his body foward? so after that position all i would do (if i ever git the mills) i just swing and everything will fall into place?

1. use the edit button
2. he's in motion 3. just swing your "non-swing" leg up, and imediately swing your "Swinging-leg" under, but keep the v in the legs, and while you swing, collapse, and his head's down, because he collapsed... |
