i can start mills from a flare start, and do everything right up until i've recovered onto my front.
i've tried hanglide start, but my collapse never works. i actually need a lot of help on the beginning of my mills, because even when i go into it with momentum from a flare start, i always end up with my legs split, but im not moving. |

I can't collapse fast enough. I can get a full rotation now and keep my legs straight, but at the end my momentum is all gone and i keep rolling on my back instead of my shoulders. Is there a reason i'm not collapsing fast enuf or is that just a habit i gotta get rid of?

Err, I know it takes up to 2 weeks to actualy know the windmill and up to monthes to actually be performing it. I'm starting off and I dun know quite exactly what to with my hands. I'm right handed and right legged. I use my left hand to stab. I put it in the middle of my stomach most usually. People say, middl eof stomach, hip bone, near hip, off to side, or find ure sweet spot. O.O Okai...My right hand...I don't know what to use it for. I want to use it to balance. But it seems like everything, my weight is on my left hand. So it kills my wrists. If it hurts alot I stop and Stretch my wrists out by pulling out and bending down abit. Or wrists circles. I heard you can lift weights and train your wrists. My point is, when you started windmills...did your wrists kill? And how did you overcome this?

Does the stab need to be with the left arm?? Because I've been practicing with the right one so far.
