try to keep your legs open, and flex them if you can. You want to keep a constant "V" Shape with your legs. This will help you out with being able to get those kicks across as well as help you out with containing your momentum. Above all that it will help you off of getting your leg stuck

Hope that helps out

When DO I COLLAPSE for clockwise millz!?

Do I stab (hand glide)
Rotate (move to my left in a stab position)
Kick up (head on ground)
Switch legs
COLLPASE

?

i keep spinning HIGH on my right shoulder

haha lucky you i go cw as well =P
What you want to do is. Put your hand down like a normal stab, But have it in a way so that your fingers are pointed right under your legs. So that way when you rotate your wrist will allow you a full 180 degrees to kick on.

When it comes to collapsing. Dont think about collapsing. All you really need to thinka bout is kicking hard, and keeping your legs straight once you rotate. If you kick hard enough. The momentum of your kick will collapse you for you.

Besure to dont begin kicking till you've reached about 120-180 degrees into your rotation.

hope that helps

What i would recommend is since you have one really good rotation. Next time you kick that really good mill, Try to kick much harder. Im not sure if your continous problem is because of your repositioning to the stab or what but imma throw some things out there and hopefully it helps you out.

Kicking harder is one.

Another is, when i do continous, i dont get back into stab position. but instead i push off with my elbows and forearm. you can try that and see if it works out for you.

Try to land on your shoulder no matter what.
If it's too hard to start off the windmill like that, try and put your knees on the ground and start off that way.
Remember to swing both legs while staying on your shoulders.

Hips high off the ground and legs far apart.

Windmills suck.

Your collapse is wrong, you have to push forward with the stabbed hand, if you don't do it right your windmill will not come out right

Work on your initiating kick, your going clockwise I think, so your left leg should be up pretty high, while your right leg (kicking leg) swings under and back out and during that you should collapse.

Goals
[x] Windmill
[ ] Get windmills smooth,clean,fast
[ ] More freezes
[ ] Crickets
[ ] More footwork

I can get 5-10 rounds of stabbed windmills, and they're not too bad, except that my left leg keeps bending when I go back to the stab... (I go ccw) It's been like this for a few weeks now. Will it go away with more practice?? Or is there something I have to change or do?
At the moment, I'm tying a piece of wood onto my leg to keep it straight, and hoping that in a while, it will just stay like that- do you think that will work?
Thanks

I've just begun learning windmill's.
and I can't collapse right .
Is there a problem with it ?
im a right handed person and most my strenght is in that arm.
when i do all my other moves they go to the left ,
but my windmill goes to the right ?
so i try swicthing it up ?
