Ok, have this ever happened to you? My left shoulder hurts after windmill practice and I go clockwise, which means it is NOT the shoulder Im collapsing to but the one Im rolling over. Why is this happening?? :S

The problem is that when i kick on the intial throw i always seem to land on the left side of my knee on my left leg. i go counter clockwise. Does anyone have any advice? thank you very much.

kick up higher at the start. dont worry, 1 month is hardly anything. it took me 2 months just to get one sloppy windmill.

i got a problem with getting back onto my front side, i can't pick my legs up off the ground enough to get cleanly to my stab. and my stab kinda hurts. does somebody have a clue as to what problem this is and how i can fix it? |

I'm going counter clockwise, and after I collapse on my left shoulder, my left leg doesn't get high enough in the air so it just slides onto the ground. How do I fix this (other than kicking that leg harder) ?

throw your right leg up so your left leg could go under your right leg.

I haven't practiced in a while but I just practiced and I can get to restab ok but right after I swing my first leg and collapse I fall off my collapse badly and smash my sides into the ground (it's great that I just got a new nice hardwood floor, but it really hurts when I mess up now). I'm assuming there is something wrong with my collapse but I'm trying to figure out what it is. I'm using this video http://www.wikihow.com/Windmill and I notice he puts his hand with his palm facing towards his head. I've been doing this with my palm facing towards my non stabbed hand, so when I turn for the initial kick my hand placement is different (which I only just noticed) . Could this be what is causing my problem? Or is it something else?
