Uhh yeah so I can finally do a windmill. But when I do one rotation and try to keep going it comes out retarded. The first rotation is always sexy but then when I re-stab and do it again I just look like a fag lol. So how I can I do like 16 in a row and make my mills look clean and sexy?

yeah..im in that same place 2.. exept my mills look like an hary ass after 2 -3 rotation..

Practise more yes, every training try to focus your attention on something else and try to improve it.

For example: your next training you will focus all your attention on keeping your legs spread apart all the time. Try to feel the speed in your feet while windmilling.

The training after that, focus all your attention on your stabbing arm, keep it close to you and try to use it as little as possible. Don't lean onto it like a babyfreeze but just point the fingers forwards so you can only briefly put some weight on it.

For the rest is really only practise....your body just needs to learn the movement
