do stretches on ur legs so that u'll have a wider spread...

that'll give u more momentum and ur mills will look better.

yes and i you can do some leg swings before you practice power too...but dont go too far or you'll feel a sharp pain between your legs

i wish i could do head spins -B-BoyKT

Left leg swings/keeps your hips off the ground. If this leg bends or collapses in any way, you will drop like teh rock in eh pond. - br8kness

it helps to concentrate on your kicking leg.... if you go CCW it would be your left... kick that upwards when on your back and transition out to the side as you enter into your link... one leg at a time... so you get the hang of controlling momentum... if you try to force it too much you'll end up losing control

if your problem is flexibility, then stretch. if you know you're flexible enough, then its a matter of forcing your legs to stay apart. there are a lot of technicalities, and ktownfarmboy has mentioned, about making sure you kick this and make sure you sweep that, but when it comes down to it, you simply need to FORCE your legs to stay apart
