Your technique looks nice. It's only a matter of speeding up. While doing the windmill try to focus on spreading your legs. When I did that I started to feel the momentum in my legs. While keeping my legs spread I started to do make the swinging motion of my legs bigger and longer than normal. This greatly increased my speed.
While speeding up, start to stab a bit less. Just keep your fingers pointed forwards all the time. As you get better you just use the stab-arm less and less up to the point where you just keep your arms onto your chest and do no-handers.
I'm also at this point just like you. I did two or three no-handers yesterday. I did a windmill from standing position and made as much speed as possible. Then I used my stab-arm hardly for a few rotations and then I just tried the no-handers. I got to like two and a half with my right leg hitting the ground every rotation (going CW). So I just need a tad more speed...
Just practise hard, every training. And when you do no-handers, don't hold back! Go all the way even if it's a bit scary. When you slam your feet into the ground the first time you'll know how it feels and there's nothing more to be afraid of

. Use active stretching before the windmill (while standing swing your legs sideways up, both legs) and passive stretching after training (sitting with your legs spread while leaning forward).
