its now 4 45am for me, and i searched but didnt find but a handfull of uber hardcore nutcracker vids. i have a breakin sessin tommorow afternoon, and will take my digicam and record. i pulled my groin a couple times the past month, but i think its all good for teh nutcrackers now. thus, i will post what will hopefully be a sweet vid tommorow late afternoon. wish my groin luck
yo you must stretch liberally before you break, especially before power moves. a good habit is to stretch all throughout the day when you have free time. remember to do side and boomerang style splits, and then some leg swings back and forth are nice too.
before you do nutcrackres you'll want at least good fast stabbed ones i guess but for me i started them after i got my forearms up to speed. the reason forearms help is becuase they force you to swing your legs, and you MUST SWING YOUR LEGS WITH NUTCRACKERS!!! when you are goign to make the hop from front to back (going cw) , swing your right leg HIGH. just keep swinging. that is verrrrry important or you might just do a 180 turn in your hop and faceplant

Left leg swings/keeps your hips off the ground. If this leg bends or collapses in any way, you will drop like teh rock in eh pond. - br8kness
Best way to learn Nut Crackers is to do a windmill, then on your second rotation put it to your ... and get enough momentum to kind of... Hop to the other side of your body...
