try to get 90s down solid first. basically, heres the lay down on what you got to do. ill explain for your clockwise mills. when youre rolling over getting ready to restab, get your right leg nice and high. when you get your right hand down ready for stabbing, hold your right leg nice and high, and swing your left leg up high too, while simultaneously (sp?) pushing with both hands to get up to the handstand. the idea is to use the current rotating momentum in your legs, and change the direction so that it goes, for a moment, straight up. if you have good shoulder strength, this will be a lot easier too. i could never do 90s, but i was, in my prime, able to push a mill up to a handstand at least
