i can do the windmill but when i stab im pretty sure its a low stap, its somewhere near my hip, i heard somewhere that thats bad, ur supposed to high stab, can anyone tell me what that means?....
the reason the krn vids have high stabs is to teach viewers how to mill from the classic freeze... you shouldnt think about your stabs so much... it's just one of those clean-up messes you need to figure out AFTER you get down linking... for now, stab high (meaning that you place your stabbing arm higher... near your opposite shoulder) so that you can get a feel of where your legs are... it should also be a lot easier to do rotations with such a large angle against the ground... the smaller the angle gets the more strength-induced your mills become... thats part of the reason why people who have mastered CLEAN stabbing mills tend to stab lower... it looks cleaner, but it takes more energy and understanding
