why my shoulder pain like hell everytime i practice mill
is because i used the wrong part to spin up or u all guys have use to the pain

do u all feel pain everytime when doing mills ???
and i keep stuck with the high stab problem HELP PLS

the reason your shoulder hurts is because your collapse is incorrect. i used to do it too. you're probably not actually colapsing your arm, but just going straight to your shoulder. make sure you colapse (let your elbow bend so your forearm is flush against your upperarm and THEN rotate over to your shoulderblades. and, thats your shoulderblades, not the top part of your shoulder, which is probably the part thats hurting you right now

get your colapse down. if you colapse wrong, your whole windmill will be fucked up

stretch before you practice... windmills put a lotta stress on the upper body, esp. the arms... watch your wrists too...
