dont pay any attention to this vid, watch the one i post later in the post... i start my mills now from handglide and i believe i have my collapse down, but i cant continue any tips on how i can keep going?

yo i think i know what your problem is...you aren't lifting your legs before you get to your frontside, just try and restab and keep your legs up, good luck

Hey i just got mills about 2 days ago and they are still crappy but i think part of your problem is when you collapse, you need to collapse onto your shoulders and then use that momentum to drop onto your thighs and spin. Right now you are collapsing onto your thighs right away which can really bang them up. When you are trying to do continuous mills, the problem is your restab. Make sure as you turn, you have enough momentum to restab at a high position and keep your feet in the air. Practice fast handglides in a high stabbed position. As long as you continue to drop onto your shoulders and keep your speed, that should help your mills look more fluid.

ok so my main problem is my stabbing? my legs are straight and high enough? thanks for the tips guys really appreciate it! Oh, and comptonpimp, what did you mean when you said, "pracitce fast handglides in a high stabbed position"? and how can i practice this?

you have a low collapse, get higher on your back and swing harder. swing more consistantly rather than doing that little kind of backspin...keep swinging

Your first stab has improved a lot...just use your momentum and try and keep your legs up when you stab again...if you keep your legs up, your momentum will probably keep you going

i cant seem to hold my legs up when i go to my other stab, as you can see in this vid posted up, when i reach my stomach, my legs fall and i cant restab, ive been trying for a while now to keep my legs up on my restab but i cant bring myself to do it
