well if ur talkin about stabed windmills i find the most important part to link is right wen u roll onto ur shoulder 4rm ur bck to just push up as hard as u can and then push off again =) ull get them trust me good luck though
the point is to use a minimum amount of strength... mills are force induced... but not from muscle exertion... reach for your stab earlier... and always stay on your upper back... like bboy banshee says... stab near your shoulder... not your belly... your upper body's gonna be movin pretty fast... no time to think... you'd best get used to it
