hey bboyz , i need help with my milz , here is how it goes :

1- i start the mill from hand glide position.
2- i collapse with a very high speed. < here is one problem , when i collapse i collapse to my HIP not Shoulder, and that hurts me hell a lot>
3- i go to my back , raise my leg to gain height.
4- i go for stabbing , but then i STOP , i lose all the speed and all the pwor i have , and therfor i stop

you collapse wrong. work on that before you start trying multiples. what i did was i watched mike garcia's step 4 of windmill (turntable position) and slowed it down to like 1/8 so i could study every little thing that he did. then i watched it over and over again everyday before practicing. one day, i woke up and my collapse was smooth and i went into backspin.

i wish i could do head spins -B-BoyKT

Left leg swings/keeps your hips off the ground. If this leg bends or collapses in any way, you will drop like teh rock in eh pond. - br8kness
