Good days and bad days - 09-13-2005, 05:48 PM

I've been doing windmills for about a month now. Theyre stabbed but pretty smooth. But I've found that I can only do them like every other day. Like i'll be doin 8 rotations easy on monday, then tuesday i can barely get 2, but then i get them back wednesday. Any ideas how to stop this?

O yeah, does anyone know where a guide is for unstabbed mills?

You're like me with one handed handhops.

5 one day, 15 the other.

Don't worry too much about unstabbed mills if you can't even windmill properly stabbed. Simply practice so that you can bust mills whenever you want. You can teach yourself unstabbed after that, you don't really need a guide.

I've gotten over that problem now. Does anyone have an opinion as to wether i should practice forearm mills right now or get my stabs so good that it just comes naturally?
