im expierenced da same prob until yesterday...u gotta start wid loads POWER...its makes hell of a diff if u put power cuz when ur on ur bak n ur swing ur 1st leg up...it brings ur hips high which is realli important...u also gotta torque and swing ur legs harder n faster...
unlike stabs, in no handers...NO STOPPIN or PAUSING...or else u will mess up..
well...upper body..thats the key for getting no handers...if you have already got stabbed mills down then the leg motion should be in place...but you didn't need to use your upper body much in stabbed mills (if at all)..but this time you cant rely on your hands to transition...so either you will have to use your head or do hopping mills..either way your upper body will play a significant role...so how do you use it?...simlpy..twist it...yeah twist it like there was no tomorrow...if you wanna know more then search around for Diesel's no-hander guide...it explains alot of things

u need lots of momentem to keep u goin. ok when u start off in the windmill, and about to roll over, use ur shoulders and keep ur arms straight to ur side. when u use ur shoulders, u need to kind of bounce off of them to get to ur other shoulder and there u have the no hander windmillz, it takes lots of practice and sorry if i was vague.
