In five easy steps!

Step one:
Know what you're doing.

Step two:
PRACTICE.

Step three:
If you reach a roadblock, do NOT come here and post for help. Sit down, (maybe tape yourself trying), figure out what's WRONG in your technique, and FIX it. If you have the right technique, you can get mills in days. It's 95% learning technique and 5% muscle memory.

Step four:
If you're retarded and REALLY REALLY can't figure out what you're doing wrong, use one of the following guides that are DESIGNED to help you eliminate roadblocks. Remember, though, these guides rely on you to do just one little thing:
YOU UNDERSTANDING WHAT THEY'RE TELLING YOU, and PRACTICING!

You don't need people holding your hand every step of the way .. Chances are, you're not going to get any useful responses either because the only people who bother to respond and give tips are the ones who can do one rotation and feel like they're better than everyone else .. and they give you BAD ADVICE.

Just go practice and focus on right technique. Eat pie and ice cream if you run out of energy. Drink water. Get good amounts of sleep. Stay in school.

[PS: for you people who really need that magical tip, it's like a real windmill. Or a fan. Or something.]

thanks for the magical tip, it helped get my mills much smoother and cleaner on my first try.

i think it's movre muscle memory than technique, though because some people learned mills without any help at all, and no one to tell them they're doing it wrong.

whoa... i just read the tutorial and i was like... "hello?"
yeah, so anyways, i read the tutorial and tried out a windmill
and i ended up twisted up on the ground, over-rotating most
of the joints in my body. i know that im not supposed to post
and im supposed to sit down and tape myself to try and make
corrections, but i really need help on this one. what should i
do?!?!
