yea so does anyone know how to collapse then be on your upper back cuz when i collapes i do a low stab ? any tips

i need some HELP! alright so i've been practicing my windmills, i could roll onto my back perfectly, but when i do it on floor i always get stopped and burned from too much friction or something.like it slows me down and burns my back and shoulders.any help?

is it normal to get wrist pain from all the stabbing? i have been practicing stabbing for couple of months and the pain never goes away...
