For get what I said. I have been practicing and watching your vid and now I get it. But I am having trouble with the collapse.

should i hold my legs just the whole time in the v position!?

when i look on other mills the legs arent in the v-position when the guys who do the mills are on their stabbed hand!?-does this come from alone!?

Nice guide Banshee. I got one rotation but I can only do it sometimes but everytime I get one I end up sitting up. I'll post a vid when I can

Every one has their own way of doing mills.... the most proffesional people can spread their legs farther and do them better looking, but for right now im just teaching simple stabbed mills....
