Ok its simple just keep kicking. You might be thinking like ok here it comes, hop, you hop and dont really know what to do next.
Keep kicking the same way, but a bit harder. Concentrate on kicking. All you do on your back is just roll to the side quicker with you shoulder straight out instead of tucked in. So If you kick hard enough you wont even need to think about hopping. It will just happen.
You can keep practicing this and keep putitng your hands on the ground. But when you feel confident and not using your hands that much. You can try crossing them over your chest or cup your balls. Make a funny face and grab you hair (hey I should try that).

hopping mills is all in the shoulders and legs. shrug your shoulders when you hop over your front, and always keep your legs swinging. if you can do windmills, then you know which direction your legs should go in and when, but you have to do it quickly to keep or increase your momentum.
