help meh plzzz! - 07-17-2004, 08:52 PM

I keep on like pulling the muscle between my leg and groin, and i stretch b4 i bust. Also, I roll high on my back but when i come back around my legs still droop even when i stab. I'm also having a lot of problems rolling for some reason, i practice just rolling around lol but it doesnt seem to help. i have good momentum, and i do the spinning part great but im having problems rolling and coming back to my front. oh i also go CCW. thx for any help.

You must turn your upper body while you are on your back, to come around for the next stab, then you kick your leg back. Stab, Push, Fold, Collapse. Then initiate your first kick. The rest should be self-explanatory.
