help meh plzzz! -

I keep on like pulling the muscle between my leg and groin, and i stretch b4 i bust. Also, I roll high on my back but when i come back around my legs still droop even when i stab. I'm also having a lot of problems rolling for some reason, i practice just rolling around lol but it doesnt seem to help. i have good momentum, and i do the spinning part great but im having problems rolling and coming back to my front. oh i also go CCW. thx for any help.
