Im new at bboying and i would like to know what kind of surface or clothing it is best to do windmills. Im currently practicing on carpet and i dont seem to be getting it.
Im a newb at this, so please give me your advice.

Carpet is more difficult, the most common surface would be linoleum, it works good. Lino or cardboard.
Any clothing works good

try with anything.. u can do mills in any floor.. but i think the best is polished floor.. or wood floor

yea... polished wood floor... or go to a gym..
I think u should first practice/learn the windmill on the carpet then go to SLIPPERY surface (I"m not sure about this though)
