the best advice that i can give you if your having a problem linking your millz ( if this is what you mean fore i am the 3rd person who thinks your ex. is way to damn broad) is that you should deff learn how to do shoulder spinz first and work on linking them together and even before that just work on back spins these will both get you used to being on your upper back and shoulders so you can drop into your millz better ....... this may not help u at all but its how i learned to do good millz instead of the retarded looking ones i used to do
