i think this will help people that are starting to learn mills
- think of it as rolling your head in a cirlce
( dont ever cut through the middle or the side)
- you want to get and keep momentum so...
never reduce speed ( keep swinging )
- only the mid-back and up should be on the floor at all times
( this makes less friction )
- mills are one fluid motion, not something you can do in steps
-when you start the collapse think of it as
getting your head close to the floor
but not rolling with it (roll with your mid back and up)
- when you collapse and swing your left or right
(going clockwise or counter clockwise)
never hesitate and put your knee down

so uhh thoose are some tips for mills hope they help
and remember mills take a lot of experimenting
and your going to get bruises and rug burn
