ok i can do the windmills slowly still having speed and everything but i want them to go faster. But when i kick my legs harder and try to go faster and when i go into my stab and try to collapse i just fall out. Am i stabbing early, late or sumthin else. cause i really want faster mills.

I used to have the same problem. Except I solved it by just doing windmills whenever I had the chance. I did windmills until it just clicked on and I was doing fast mills. Next time I went faster...

So all I have to say from past experience is just keep practicing.

Stop kicking your legs. You shouldn't be kicking your legs. If you're kicking your legs you're doing it wrong and to re-work your technique.

You should barely even be using your legs (the only time you move them should be when you adjust their angle from frontside to backside and vice-versa). It's all in your hips. Torque more, go faster.

Stab mills are slo...do em on ur forearm if u really want faster....do em wid ur head if u really wanna fly.....=)

yeah, stabbed windmills cant be fast, the stab takes away a lot of momentum, u gotta do them unstabed or on ur forearms so u can go faster

I can do fast stabbed windmills. I can do stabbed so fast that I dun have to pump my should back and im hopping all the way around to my back.

My no-handers are slower than my stabbed lol
