Wierd Directional Trouble - 07-06-2004, 08:43 AM

Hi all! Need some help with mills.
When I do them, (starting in a standing position), I go down and do a few no problem but instead of going around in a circle i move in a straight direction to my right.
How can I fix this? Am I not getting the point of this move?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Im guessing you are staying facing the same direction instead of rotating. I sort of go to a direction but then i circle around.

I think you are doing more windmills per rotation , you can do one of two things:

1) Stay on your back longer

2) When you are about to turn over to your hands pump your should back as you swing your leg back.

Actually, that's a good thing .. unless your mills are bent and ugly anyways. It helps you with no handers.

Post a clip.
