One day I just decided to do a baby windmill, and I just went down and done 3 smooth rotations and 2 non-smooth! I have windmills pretty smooth. Is this normal?

Babymills don't take up nearly as much space as other moves, and if you move a lot to the side when doing babymills instead of staying in the same spot, you ain't doing em right. Is there really only that much room in your house?
