how do i do itt. i dont stab early so it looks like im doing "individual mills " instead of normal looking linked mills. any helppp?

Well if its individual mills then its not the stab thats the problem
You do one kick instead of two. One kick facing down ... one kick facing up...

Roll Higher!! (u might be rolling incorrectly)
cuz I think I had your problem too

and maybe its becuz u started incorrectly (the collapse) and that caused u to have lack of momentum which is probably y u couldn't continue to your second mill

also, to get more momentum, straighten your legs to swing them harder ...yea




or just go to this place...

i've been working on windmills for a while and i've gotten to the stage where i can link... but not consistently. when i stab, sometimes my elbow jabs my side really hard
unfortunately, i dont hav a digital camera, but maybe you've heard of this problem b4 and know a solution

I think u arent elevating ur hips high enough, ur hips should be high so u can stab ur gut. if u swing ur legs harder, it's easier to keep the hips elevated

i have the same problem but i read thru pommy's guides and the other guides on this site and i think its mainly rolling HIGH. i thought i was rolling high before but as i get more speed, i realize that i wasn't rolling as high as i should be. i just don't like my face too close to the ground cuz i scuffed it once on the carpet and it didn't feel too good... also, when i look at clips of good windmills their hips are always high as they point out in the guides. if your hips are hitting the ground like mine are here and there you might just want to stab earlier and higher and PUSH with your stabbing arm a bit hard at first until you have enough momentum to throw you around. the two kicks that he mentioned above is true too. its like i KNOW what to do, its just getting it all natural and into muscle memory... SO FRUSTRATING! slowly, but surely...
