Explain to me how to do a NUTCRACKER.... -

I mastered my windmills already and im trying to learn nutcrackers but when i try to hop i always get broke..face down and i have no clue on how to start learning it...
im not quite sure but my theory would be first getting alot of momentum, and on ur back, try hoppin over ur gut, so ur front never touches, if that doesnt work, which im sure it doesnt try keeping ur face up.
never give advice if you cant even do a mill.... and about nutcrackers, you wanna make sure you are high on your back, and stick your head WAY far out (back of your head touches your back) and keep your shoulders locked right in front of you, once u reach the first shoulder, hop and jam your 2nd one into the ground, roll onto that shoulder and land on upper back. its hard to continue...I can only do a few.

concentrate on keeping your legs spread and swinging them harder than usual, because you dont have any support from your arm to push for additional momentum.

aight...when you do hopping mills the shoulders are pretty important ...you really have to twist your shoulders so they generate momentum too ...and if you dont use your shoulders it will be alot harder to get around and you wont land higj on your back .....BUT at the same time (as Genetix said) you should kick harder with your legs too...and its VERY important that you swing your legs harder and use your shoulders at the same time ....so good luck and tell us how it works out

(If you're CW just reverse the directions)You need to kick your right leg back at the same time you pump your right should back. its really simple.. I just recently got them down.
I was just messin around, doing fast mills without stabbing and i kinda felt, and noticed that i was hopping around a bit on my shoulders, so then i thought of nut crackers. BLah, then i tried it, and got it.
you need to get fast mills, get them so that you kinda feel that hopping thing. Like instead of waiting for the collapse, you just fall straight down and continue that windmill.
yeh i finally got them nutcrackers down i woulda got them down earlier but i never really treid to get on the floor haha but the important part is you gotta tuck your shoulders inward and put your face back as far as you can and swing your legs to get momentum for the bounce
