allright folks whoever can hold a freeze postion near there hip and it doesnt hurt n shit u hav a chance try pulling your body wieght to the right while ur in that freeze postion and lift ur left leg up and around (circular movement) and at the same time right foot is power so ur momento , movement flow is in that leg kick hard with that leg rember keep your legs open or it will look crap left hand is there for suport wile in the freeze so now slowly drop ur right arm into ur shoulder and keep it there then u should at least land back onto the freeze position again then try it again trust me i didnt get it straight away but fu** i was deticated to bboying i didnt stop till i got it took me 5 months
