hey i just got my windmill like a week ago after tring to get it for like a year but now it hurts really bad and i have a bruise on my right hip i think it is from jabing when i come around but i aint positive unfortuanly i dont have avideo of it wish i did so i could see how it looks my self but can someone help me with what they think i is ... peace

Okay, ther is nothing wrong with your windmill.....
i hav been having difficulties doing windmills too....
sori i am not much of a help because i spin the other way around.... whe i have been doing windmills i have brusied and fractured a bone in my pelvis.... if you keep on the windmill you will perfect it so listen..,,,
first try to start your windmill by legs close to your body(while it is pread)
second, when you are rotating plant hands using the side of your hand where you baby finger is..
third, do not lift yourself up but try to keep smooth on floor(your shoulder is the mst important when you are attempting the windmill because if your shoulers are placed wrong then you have to start from begining)So when you are spining dont lift yourself up because then your sholuder will be hard to place in the right position so rotate shoulders and he hips but stay smooth
forth, land smoothly with the other sholuder
but your problem is that you lift your body too much so the gravity kicks in and you land right in your bruised hip..
try to stay smooth and windmill i s about shoulders...
aslo when you land try to not touch the ground wih your foot and stay focused on swiping your foot back in to start a new mill....
hopefully you will master it.... keep at it dude...

yea i was killin it tonight i thought i was just gonna get lucky and only get it that night but nah i have got it more since then seems like i am barely gettin around though cuz i keep collapsing like from lost momentium like i only got around 3 times tonight and i was full of energy so i dont know... thanks again though...still need to meet peeps from indiana that break cuz i wish i could learn more and i learn by watchin so... but i know this dude jordan from team breaksk8 his mills are bad ass and then he can get like 3 no hands off and go back into regular it is crazy for skates... but ahh thanks peace
hey it stopped hurtin finally but now i have a knot there like a bump and it feels real qeird is that normal.. but i got 6 mills off on saturday and my legs were straight and everythin it was bad ... peace
a knot/bump?? hmm, well i stab into my left hip and at first when i was learnin millz it kinda hurt n then i built up muscle there but not on the right side of my hip cuz i can only mill ccw, so it felt kinda diff at first, so that might be it, idk.
your definitely not on your upper back... the reason you keep bungin your hip is cause you get on your lower back and try to transition into the stab.... you'll never make it... not over your hip bone at least... yea... it hurts like a mofo... i feel your pain... so lift your kickin leg up when you're on your back... should keep your hips far from the floor and safe
