you need to swing ur legs harder to pull out momentum, and u hop your shoulders over, using ur head a bit. Just rotate your body, rolling for shoulders to shoulder.

If you're having trouble making it over, remember to torque your torso and think of the hop as a shoulder to upper back hop (try to skip the landing shoulder and make it all the way to the back)

yes if you land on your landing shoulder like i did once it hurts!! i landed on it then my shoulder started spinning on the carpet instead of rolling on my back thas why you gotta try to skip to the back when your bouncing
