Ok, I got to see it .. yeah, stay up on your upper back and shoulders .. and swing twice -- once facing down going to your upside, and one vice-versa.
They kinda look like one of my examples in the vid. |

HELP in Mills! i become worse....
ok here is my thread! there are some links of me doing the windmill! i cant do it good!- i dont know how to do it exactly! perhaps somebody can look on my mills and give me some tips??? ive read the whole guide here- but i dont know why my mill looks so wack ![]() |

look at my mills ok!? a lot people say im spinning instead of rolling!???? i think im rolling?- how can i train rolling when im spinning??? confusing shit ![]() please help me!!! |

Yeah you're spinning waaay too much .. look at your shoulder when you're going over to stab, and don't stab that long .. stab at an angle to the ground (like at about 30 degrees with your had and ground being the vertex) and push off, TORQUE your hips ... practice freezing in that position and splitting your legs and rotating only your hips .. right now you're kicking and relying on only your leg, use your HIPS, don't just kick your legs.

![]() yesterday i looked the first time on the upper body when somebody do a mill ![]() before i just thought my legs are wrong! what i should do: TORQUE MY HIPS mean => hold my legs in a V position and just turning my hips!- i shouldnt kick first with the one leg then with the other!?- i shouldnt kick- i should swing both legs at the same time by torqueing my hip-AIGHT??? and ROLLING => i should push just to the right side with both hands!?- then roll above my upper back, push with my right arm up and stabb again!? or if thats WRONG HOW can i train to do it correct!? |

ok i found an old video of me doing the windmill!
this video is from the middle 2003!!! and there i can do the windmill ![]() but but but!- since i have broken my left hand(by doing windmill) i cant do the windmill! before i can do it!!! (please look in my gallery- i think my old mills were ok!?-or a lot better as my mills now!) BUT WHY I CANT DO THE MILL NOW??? i tried to link my stabbed mills today!

hey thats all???
i think i SPINN to much and this is the reason for ma dangle legs..... look: -before i do a new stabb i rotate about 270°! -GOOD MILLS stabb about every 90° or not less than 180°!? and all good mills go from the back to the front and vice versa in not less than 90°!? i think they roll a lot more! and HOW can i train THAT!? |

You know when you collapse .. don't push forward like that and rely on your left leg to drive you through .. collapse and turn over and try to swing your right leg to the side of your head, and look over your shoulder and see that right leg arcing at you ..

ok i shouldnt push with my hands???
but one think i dont understand!- how can i hold the v-shape when i should KICK??? are my legs the whole time in the equate v shape??? my fukin right leg- with this leg i have trouble in my flares too hey mr p perhaps u can make me a video? where u explain how to torque and how i should collapase and so on? -please ![]() i would be very thankful! |

Just, when you link, don't envision kicking your legs forward so they come out in front of you; picture rolling to the side and swinging your legs so it's like they form a circle on par with your roll. |
