i would recomend a smooth floor,
my problem is that, yall know handglide and turtle spin that ur legs are bent at 90 degree angles, well, thats kinda how my legs keep ending up, it works great!!!! but... i think it looks sloppy and VERY weird so, ethier i made up a new variation, or i have a problem,,, any feed back? |

When I complete the first rotation my feet always touch the floor.

HOLY CRAP haha I can't believe this guide is still here after like five years
I haven't been here in forever Patrickster, it looks like you're too low on your back coming into your stab ... when you collapse, try angling your shoulder towards the ground so you roll onto the upper part of your back. When you stab, try turning towards your shoulder (rather than your side) so you don't roll off the middle part of your back (in other words, look at your shoulder and lean towards your left hand as you're rolling onto your stab.) Stab higher (try having your fingers on your right hand pointing north (as in, the same direction that the fingers on your left hand are pointing) |
