u need to be rolling higher on your back as i see it
firstly...collapse on your SHOULDER..so practise collapses so that you end on your uppper back ...and ONLY the upper back ...if your ass touch then you know your too low on your back ....also try to make your back round ...try to do imagine doing a hug and notice how you shoot your shoulders forward and how your upper back bends forward ...now thats about how your back should look when you do mills ...and also try to bend your legs toward your chest
and for the speed ...use your legs ...concentrate on kicking harder until you can control your legs properly and you wont have to think that much about it ...but intil then focus on kicking HARD
