i can only seem to be able to do the first spin, and i cant turn over without my feet hitting the ground... what do i need to work on this? plz see the attachment for a visual on wth i dont seem to be gettin... any tips or advices would be great.. peace

your arms need to be inside of your chest getting ready to carry your upper body up so that you can turn and continue it.
and when you do collapse on your shoulder, dont fall into it

your biggest problem, soul, is that when you come around and your chest is facing down, you have your legs piked too much. The first place they will go is to the groung when they are like that. Also, it might help to learn stab windmills first before going into no handed mills. Just a thought, it helped me.

start learning your mills from handglide. You aren't getting shit momentum. Anyways, your legs aren't spread very far, they close up, you don't stab, and lots of other things.
